I am an experienced and dedicated therapist committed to working with people who get lost in today's anxieties and yesterday's traumas. I work with you to help you recognize and understand the ways that your previous past experiences and unhealed family dynamics are keeping you stuck and preventing you from feeling free in your own mind. My approach to this work is collaborative and relational, where my clients and I develop a long-term and secure connection that allows us to safely explore, understand, and change painful patterns and emotions.

As a trained trauma therapist, I am dedicated to providing evidence-based support to adults and couples in Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia, Canada. Through weekly or biweekly support, we will process wounds that are causing distress and help you let go of painful and lingering memories.
In individual therapy, we safely explore feelings, thoughts, and memories that have long been feared or avoided. With a new awareness, we transform feelings of shame, inadequacy, and rejection into compassion and self-acceptance.
